In this whole house renovation, we completely transformed an outdated 1950's ranch into a modern farmhouse dream home in Southpark area of Charlotte NC.
Farm Creek In-Laws Suite Addition
Our Clients needed a guest-in-law suite for their family to move into. We transformed the space into a modern farmhouse bedroom suite with cedar beams, barn doors, and a fabulous bathroom. The shower was designed and built for aging in place: complete with a zero entry shower. Black hexagon tiles adorn the floor with 12x24 marble tiles on the walls. We also remodeled the unfinished storage area into a laundry/butlers pantry with designer touches of gold and glass subway tile.
Whole House Renovation Lansdowne
Whole house renovation for this 1960"s ranch with a full basement. The stairs to the lower level were out of code, so we designed a new open concept stairway. The walls were opened up on the first floor to create a fully open concept living with a separate open office for working from home.
