Kolby Construction is a family-owned luxury remodeling and additions company founded by Phil and Sheryl Kolby. With a commitment to craftsmanship and personalized service, Kolby Construction specializes in transforming homes into elegant, functional spaces tailored to each client’s vision. Built on decades of experience and a passion for quality, the company has earned a reputation for excellence and trust in the community.  Kolby Construction is licensed as a general contractor in both North Carolina and South Carolina.  

Their son Samy, is a  soccer player at the University of South Carolina, and is studying real estate and construction management.  He intends to join the team after graduation. During winter and summer breaks he is always working on current projects!
