Our Leadership Team

Phil and Sheryl Kolby founded Kolby Construction more than 25 years ago in Charlotte North Carolina. The company is known for its exceptional home renovation services, including kitchen and bath remodels, home additions, covered porches, and whole-house renovations. Kolby Construction is dedicated to providing personalized design and superior craftsmanship while treating every client like family.  The company is licensed as a general contractor in both North Carolina and South Carolina.  

Their son Samy, is a  soccer player at the University of South Carolina, and is studying real estate and construction management.  He intends to join the team after graduation. During winter and summer breaks he is always working on current projects!
