We are a local, family-owned company with over 25 years of experience in remodeling and home building. Owner's Phil and Sheryl Kolby have a passion to create beautiful, functional spaces using only the best materials, practices, and modern designs. They both studied Business at Rutgers University and have been transforming homes into beautiful spaces in Charlotte for 25 years! Samy, their son plays soccer for Virginia Tech, and is studying Real Estate and Construction Management.
